Bio - Get to Know Prince!
Keith Prince Estrada was proudly born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Son of a Puertorican & Salvadorian descendants. He's what you would call a Professional Bartender and Consultant but everyone prefers to call him a Mixologist. Prince does find the title of "Mixologist'' to be a bit of a one hit wonder, and would rather focus on seizing legendary moments behind the bar.

Experience - What can Prince do?
Prince's experience in the art of the bar, dates back to 2014. He started by creating unique jello shots that were created after classic cocktails which he dubbed as "Reigning Shots.'' Business was mostly word of mouth, Prince wanted to stand out and later jumping into Bartending and worked in NYC.
Prince opened for Hudson's Private Yacht at Pier 81, an excellent restaurant concept right on the Hudson River and the first ever free to board yacht with a rooftop that would hold 2 floors fo space for private and public parties.
He then moved onto opening UES - A Speakeasy located in Upper East Side where intricate innovative cocktails awaited. Prince was drilled and putting through the wire of the city and prep grind that will always keep him at disciplined on bartender's work ethic for years to come.
Prince has had opportunities to guest bartend at local hotels and gastropubs throughout New York, and has even assisted many Bar Managers across Long Island with designing menus as well as optimal work shifts. He is currently handling consultation of multiple locations in Long Island and believes in incorporating Industry Nights to bring bartenders closer and the community as well.

Battle of the Boroughs
"If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere." If this was to be proven true, it was a natural decision for Old Forester Bourbon to put NYC to task by challenging the five boroughs to compete for bragging rights to see which one is home to the bartender champion.

2019 Booze & Infuse Cocktail Competition
The Booze & Infuse is a National Cocktail Competition where contestants have 90 seconds to prepare the greatest creation of their lives. Prince joined to gain experience as a bartender working and entertaining in front of a live crowd, and he ended up going all the way to the finals with Tanteo Chipotle's Tequila.
Prince was able to square off effectively with skilled bartenders from Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland, New Jersey, and the New York Tri-State Area!
New York Cocktail Festival 2019
The New York Cocktail Festival 2019 was the annual coming together of all cocktail enthusiasts, industry and media guests, and all sorts of charismatic bartenders. It featured tastings from over 30 different craft spirits, cocktails, and more! The event was a tasting adventure and showcase unlike any other! The competition, in this case, was handled representing Savoy Tavern (which is now owned by Mio Posto) and the spirit sponsor was Empress Gin.
This liquor was used again during Prince's own speakeasy which he hosted later in 2019, the White House Red Door.
Consultation - Trust Prince for Business
Prince is currently handling consultation for multiple locations in Long Island and puts great attention to detail in expanding business in all aspects of the term. Once committed, Prince is locked in and goes above and beyond and makes sure the bar staff, owners, clientele understand we are here to service you and deliver a new experience.

Collaborations - Working with Prince
Through Ciroc & Tanqueray No. Ten, Prince was referred to handling Martell's brand for pop-up events. Due to a successful string of occasions, the Martell brand has made it a point to stay in contact! Additionally, Prince has worked closely on spirit-launching events for "Ciroc VS, Ciroc Summer Colada, Ciroc Watermelon," and plenty more.

Electricoco is a coconut water that is vegan free, gluten free, and is basically a spirits mixer, it is designed to pair with any spirit and we also carry this on the menu. Prince carries this product at the Street-to-Table venue and his White House Red Door Speakeasy has been sponsored by this brand as well as Plush Vodka. The White House Red Door was sponsored event which took place during the Summer of 2019 at a private location, and it was responsible for donating 10% of significant revenue to the Only Love Foundation. In the past, this type of event hosted by Prince has donated up to 50% of funds made to the charity!
Duke Bourbon has also been a key player in collaborating with Prince, we have put together one of the White House Red Door events and booked a local multi-talented artist by the name of Dudley Music who is Long Island Raised & Born. Prince has been known to do an incredible job of highlighting the brands and venues that we works with. From generating great buzz to incredibly fun events, he always does his best during collaborations!
Working with Caravedo came from a connection with a brand ambassador who was interested in having the alcohol smoothly transition into more bars. This team-up led to an impactful industry night for both bartenders and the consumers, and some of the proceeds even went to the Only Love Charity.
Charity - Prince Supporting the Community
The Only Love Foundation is a non-profit organization that builds schools, teaches and grows plantation for communities, builds computer labs in schools, for underdeveloped countries around the world that are not fortunate to have what America has. Only Love Foundation mobilize educational supplies and creates programs to enhace each community being negatively affected by respective issues.
Prince has hosted a series of events in the past to assist with donating to this charity he holds dear to his heart - Founder Craig Taylor because he believes that improving the quality of life in under-developed regions is imperative.
